Green Deviled Eggs

So this New Years Eve I hosted a party at my apartment. We had lots of food, drinks, and good company. However the hit of the party may have very well been my Deviled Eggs. Now I know the recipe has been written a million times over on the internet and you can look it up, but I'm going to post my play by play here. Obviously you can add other ingredients, but this is all I had to work with that day.

Ingredients
Eggs (12)
Avocado (3)
Hot Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Pepper (1tsp)
Paprika (1tsp)
Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
Onion Powder (1 Tbsp)

Instructions

My little helper was in charge of "Deviling" the eggs.

  1. Hard boil the Eggs and let them cool off for about an hour
  2. While the eggs are cooling, gut and cube the Avocado
  3. Place Avocado Cubes in bowl
  4. Begin mashing the avocado until creamy
  5. Combine with rest of the ingredients and mix together... Congratulations you now have Guacamole!
  6. Peel the eggs of the shell
  7. Slice Eggs in half and remove yolks
  8. Place Yolks in bowl with guacamole
  9. Blend yolks with guacamole mixture
  10. Place mixture in the Egg White where the yolk once was
  11. Garnish with Paprika and chill in fridge until ready to serve
